Provided is a structure of a folding door (500) for a middle door, which can be assembled easily and is opened and closed smoothly. The folding door comprises a door framework formed by combining a left side frame (101), a right side frame (102), and an upper side frame (103); a plurality of doors (201, 201, 203) constituted in the door framework; and a folding unit (300) where the doors are combined to be folded and linked with each other. Especially, the folding unit (300) comprises: a link rod (310) which is intervened between both sides of adjacent doors; a first gear (321) and a second gear (322) which are configured to be interlocked with each other by fixing one end of rotation shafts (421, 422) to an upper part and a lower part of the link rod, respectively; fixing plates (441, 332) which fix the other end of the rotation shafts (421, 422) of the first gear and the second gear and the upper part and the lower part of the door adjacent to the link rod; a roller bundle (340) which is fixed to a center of an upper part of the door around a fixing pin (341) as being rotatable; and a rail (350) which is configured for the roller bundle (340) to be movable on the upper side frame (103). The folding door structure provides improved reliability for opening and closing operations. |
