The present invention provides a bumper beam unit for a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bumper beam unit for the vehicle comprises: a bumper beam; a reinforcing member; and a stay. The bumper beam is manufactured using an aluminum extruded material and has at least one closed sectional surface. The reinforcing member has both ends fixed by a forming part compressed together with both sides of the bumper beam. The stay is mounted on both sides of a rear surface of the bumper beam. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method for manufacturing the bumper beam unit for the vehicle comprises: an extruding step of forming the bumper beam through an aluminum extruding forming process, the bumper beam having at least one closed sectional surface; a reinforcing inserting step of inserting a reinforcing member into the inner center of the closed sectional surface of the bumper beam; a bending step of forming the bumper beam with a uniform radius of curvature together with the reinforcing member; a compressing step of forming the forming part by compressing the rear surface of the bumper beam forward, the rear surface positioned to correspond to both ends of the reinforcing member; and an assembling step of assembling the stay on both sides of the rear surface of the bumper beam.
