Provided is a minimally invasive surgical system having a needle-shaped device for surgical treatment, which minimizes invasiveness, is provided with a degree of design freedom which enables large surgical tip instruments to be accommodated, and which has a large bearing capacity. The minimally invasive surgical system (1) of the present invention has a needle-shaped device for surgical treatment (10) equipped with a surgical tip instrument (60) detachably mounted to the tip of a needle structure (30) comprising a sharp-tipped main shaft needle (31) and a plurality of auxiliary shaft needles (32). The needle structure directly makes a hole in a body cavity, and the tip of the needle structure is connected to a surgical tip device (60) already inserted into the area in the periphery of the diseased organ (T) within the body cavity from a hole in the abdomen (Mb) or a natural opening (Ma) using a means (200) for inserting a surgical tip instrument into a body cavity, to carry out surgical treatment within the body cavity. This enables the needle-shaped device to achieve an extremely low degree of invasiveness, and a degree of freedom in terms of design that enables the device to be designed to accommodate surgical techniques on large and/or heavy organs. |
