<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film electrochemical capacitor (a laminated photocapacitor) that is lightweight and flexible and capable of implementing electric discharge optionally, when power generation and charging by light are necessary, and capable of using incident light of both faces by an optically transparent structure. <P>SOLUTION: The electrochemical capacitor of flat plate shape is structured to be a single body by layering, in order, a photoelectrode, an optically transparent internal counter electrode electrically connected to the photoelectrode through a charge transport layer and an optically transparent external counter electrode electrically connected to the internal counter electrode through an ionic electrolyte layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
