An outer tube (1) threaded into lower end of a coupling sleeve (3), has a plate attached at the bottom. The inner tube (8) telescoping into the outer tube, has a plate attached on top and has a pair of transverse slots (9,10) for passing the outwardly bent lips (15,16) of a V-shaped spring (11) inside the inner tube. The coupling sleeve has internal threads (4), integral handles (5,6) and an upper flange (7). |
