The present invention relates to a synchronous rectifier. The synchronous rectifier comprises: an individual switching device which is packaged in a single package and is mounted in a common die pad; and a controller which controls the switching device. Joint packaging of the individual switching device and a controller in the single package provides the shortest path of connection between the switching device and a controller port, to allow the controller to accurately detect a voltage crossing the switching device, and thus an effect of parasitic impedance is avoided, and the controller can activate or inactivate the switching device at an accurate moment. As a result, power consumption is improved, and it is possible to raise efficiency thereof. |
