The purpose of the present invention is to increase enzymatic activities and the stability of sMMO hydroxylase derived from Methylosinus trichosporium OB-3b by using a partial mutation technique and a technique of quantum mechanics and molecular dynamics. More specifically, the present invention relates to: sMMO hydroxylase with improved enzymatic activies by the searched residue of a mutant, for finding the residue which influences the enzymatic stability through screening on the basis of quantum mechanics and molecular dynamics; a nucleic acid molecule for coding the same; a vector comprising the nucleic acid molecule; a transformant comprising the vector; a mutant of the sMMO hydroxylase; and a manufacturing method of the improved sMMO hydroxylase. |
