Disclosed is a manufacturing method of graphene mass, which comprises the steps of: providing particles; providing reactive gas to the particles and forming graphene mass; and forming particle mass formed by agglomerate particles and graphene mass which has graphene formed inside the particle mass. The present invention also relates to the graphene mass which comprises a porous body, and graphene formed inside and on the surface of the body along the porous body. The graphene mass of the present invention has excellent chemical resistance, thermal and electrical conductivity, elasticity, and optical transmittance, and can be used for electric wiring, electrode of electric devices, special materials for extreme environment, etc. by being diffused into a sheet or a block. |
