The handle has a control or regulation circuit (8) to limit, control or regulate rotational speed of a rotary part (4). The control or regulation circuit comprises an electrodynamic converter (9) driven by the rotary part for generating electrical energy, and an actuator element (10) acting on drive fluid flowing in fluid lines (5, 6) or a fluid branch line. The actuator element is electrically connected to the electrodynamic converter in such a way that the actuator element is supplied with electrical energy generated by the converter to carry out actuation process. The actuator element is formed as a valve, a control valve, a magnetic valve, a proportional valve, and a throttle. |
