The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a graphene to improve quality of the manufactured graphene by making a supported catalyst using nitrated metal which is remarkably well dissolved in a solvent and particularly in distilled water, and performing vapor deposition. The manufacturing method of graphene in the present invention comprises: a dissolution step for dissolving a support element and nitrated metal catalyst powder in a solvent; a calcination step for calcining the support element dissolved in the solvent and nitrated metal catalyst to form a supported catalyst; a deposition step for depositing graphene to the supported catalyst; and a catalyst removal step for removing the supported catalyst from graphene. The graphene manufactured according to the present invention has grains with fixed sizes, which are distributed so as to have a uniform density throughout the entire surface. Therefore, the graphene of the present invention exhibits excellent mechanical strength and electrical properties such as low resistance and high conductivity, and can be produced in a large quantity. |
