PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle resin back door structure which enables replacement of rear glass to be conducted in a state where a load from a damper is eliminated during the replacement of the rear glass.SOLUTION: A resin back door 20 includes: a resin inner panel 28; and rear window glass 34 in which a peripheral part 34B is attached to the inner panel 28. A bracket 40, which includes a hole 41 serving as a bolt insertion part at its tip, is provided on an inner surface 34A of the rear window glass 34. A gas damper stay 22 is attached to the inner panel 28 by an attachment bolt 36, and a tip of a shaft part 36B of the attachment bolt 36 is inserted into the hole 41 in a state where the attachment bolt 36 is fastened to the inner panel 28. |
