In order to provide a box for sending products in which the height of the box is freely changed according to the size of each of the produced, a height-adjustable box comprising: a base sheet (1) and a cover sheet (2) which are made of corrugated paperboard, wherein the base sheet (1) comprises side sheet portions (12) and folded sheet portions (13) on both sides of a bottom sheet portion (11) through first fold lines (a) and second fold lines (b), the cover sheet (2) comprises side sheet portions (22) and folded sheet portions (23) on both sides of a top sheet portion (21) through first fold lines (a) and second fold lines (b), wherein the side sheet portions (12) and the folded sheet portions (13), of the base sheet (1) are bent upwardly along the first fold lines (a) and the second fold lines (b), the cover sheet (2) is placed on the base sheet (1) with the base sheet (1) and the cover sheet (2) arranged so that the base sheet (1) crosses the cover sheet (2), the top sheet portion (21) is bonded to the folded sheet portions (13) of the base sheet (1), the side sheet portions (22) and the folded sheet portions (23) of the cover sheet (2) are bent downwardly along the first fold lines (a) and the second fold lines (b), and the folded sheet portions (23) of the cover sheet (2) are then bonded to the bottom sheet portion (11), wherein the base sheet (1) comprises folded pieces (15) which protrude from both sides through respective fold lines (c) and extend over the first fold lines (a) to second fold lines (b), the folded pieces (15) comprise cuts (d) formed on extended lines of the respective second fold lines (b), and the cover sheet (2) comprises protruding pieces (26) which protrude from both sides and provided continuously from the first fold lines (a) to the folded sheet portions (23), and the respective folded pieces (15) of the base sheet (1) are separated from each other by the cuts (d) such that portions extend from each of the side sheet portions (12) of the folded pieces (15) are bent outwardly along inner surfaces of the protruding pieces (26), portions extend from each of the folded sheet portions (13) of the folded pieces (15) are bent downwardly along inner surfaces of the side sheet portions (22) of the cover sheet (2), and gaps between the base sheet (1) and the cover sheet (2) in the corners of the box are closed. |
