The present invention relates to a system for providing a web service comprising a client and a server providing a dynamic service on a web browser, and a method thereof. The present invention provides a server-client system and a client device using a middleware layer for allocating a resource and a function dynamically on a web, and a method thereof, wherein a client receives basic frame information, basic information regarding a web socket and function interface information from a web server, the client is connected to a web socket server and receives middleware in which a specific function to be operated in the frame from the web socket server is realized in the form of a script, and the client converts the middleware into an operable function on a client, matches the same with a function interface transmitted in advance, and operates the function in the frame, thereby dynamically allocating resources without separately installing a plug-in regardless of the type of a browser, strengthening the security so as not to expose a source to the outside while realizing a web page performing an active calculation, and providing a fast reaction speed upon receiving only a specific function through a web socket.
