A purpose of the present invention is to provide a system of providing an advertisement to a communication device using a wireless Internet and a method using the same. An information processing module of the system receives exposure information data from an authenticated exposure information client and classifies and processes the received exposure information data. An operating server processes the exposure information data into multimedia files, i.e. text, video, and audio files, based on a form input according to a request of the exposure information client who desires to expose information and data, and registers the generated multimedia files in a DB server. A setting value given to the exposure information data is transmitted to a registered client terminal so as to be stored therein. The exposure information data is then delivered to a client having the client terminal by being displayed compulsively. The system and the method may provide an environment so that desired exposure information may be generated by itself through a communication environment, and may provide a multimedia driving file including exposure information to a client terminal at any time zone at which the communication environment has enough traffic so that the multimedia files may be reproduced to be exposed to the client compulsively and randomly at a niche time for driving of a communication device, thereby enabling efficient delivery of advertisements and information. Further, another purpose of the present invention is to provide a system of providing an advertisement to a communication device using a wired/wireless network and a method using the same, which when the operating server generates data including exposure information such as advertisements or surveys, may transmit, to the client terminal, a multimedia driving file in which various element information of an advertisement execution function such as an exposure number of times, an exposure time, an exposure frequency, a representation method, or automatic deletion are generated and collected. |
