PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding device and an extrusion molding method of bond magnet capable of obtaining an anisotropic bond magnet without disturbing the orientation, while hardening and molding thermosetting resin stably by a screw extruder.SOLUTION: The extrusion molding device for extrusion molding a bond magnet composition having an anisotropic magnetic material and a thermosetting resin includes an outer die 60 having a through hole for molding the outer periphery of a cylindrical bond magnet, an inner die 50 placed in the through hole and molding the inner periphery of a bond magnet, and a screw 40 for extruding the material of the bond magnet. The inner die 50 is connected with the screw 40 rotatably, and an orientation magnet 70 is embedded in the inner die 50. In the extrusion direction of the extrusion molding device, the orientation magnet 70 is placed to the outer die end 90. |
