PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bulky entangled yarn for a pad with high washing resistance and a padded body using the yarn.SOLUTION: Entangled yarn for a pad according to this invention comprises long fibers and contains core yarn and a filament longer than the core yarn. The core yarn and the filament are unified by air entangling. The filament is opened and forms a loop fiber. At least yarn selected from the core yarn and the filament contains a fusible fiber. The fusible fiber is a composite fiber comprising two or more polymers with different fusion points. A padded body (35) according to this invention is filled with the entangled yarn for the pad in a covering cloth. The entangled yarn is fused and aligned in a lengthwise direction of the pad. The entangled yarn is fixed with multiple pieces of quilting threads (32a-32e) that are sewn in a width direction of the pad. It is preferable that quilting threads (34a-34b) are added at a position outside of a human upper body along a shape of the human body. |
