<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope system able to achieve accurate measurement by using a lamination image. <P>SOLUTION: The microscope system 1 is able to form a lamination image in which images corresponding to image data of a specimen sample S, obtained by imaging a specimen sample S placed on a stage 21, are bonded together. The microscope system comprises: an effective area determination part 746 that determines a rectangular effective area including pixel data within the lamination image; and an image adjustment part 747 that cuts out the effective area from the lamination image according to the result of the determination of the effective area determination part 746 and adjusts the shape of the lamination image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
