An LED fish luring lamp is disclosed. The LED fish lamp installed in a ship comprises: a main body case; a plurality of LED lamp units installed in the main body case and configured to have multiple rows in an up/down direction; a tilting sensor sensing the slope of the ship; and a control unit controlling the tilting sensor and the LED lamp units. The control unit receives a slope signal of the tilting sensor in accordance with the left/right slope of the ship in the state of turning on a portion among the LED lamp units to irradiate a predetermined irradiation area with rays, and controls the LED lamp units, thereby maintaining the irradiation area at a regular position.
