The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing oyster shells, and more specifically, to an apparatus for removing oyster shells which removes oyster shells, which are primarily processed by heat and thus have partially opened upper and lower sides, and simultaneously removes a large amount of oyster shells. The apparatus for removing oyster shells according to the present invention includes: a rectangular oyster accommodation panel provided with an oyster setting groove for accommodating and fixing oysters whose shells are partially opened by primary heat processing; a panel conveyor for conveying the oyster accommodation panel in one direction according to process; a first vibrator for vibrating the oyster accommodation panel conveyed along the panel conveyor in an up-down or left-right direction and dropping oysters attached to an upper shell among upper and lower shells to the lower shell; an upper shell remover provided at a height of an opened part of the shell at the front of the oyster accommodation panel having passed the first vibrator and provided in a blade shape and in a left-right direction in an area equal to or greater than an area of a left or right width of the oyster accommodation panel, to insert the blade into the opened part of the shell and remove the upper shell during conveyance of the oyster accommodation panel; a panel rotator for covering the oyster accommodation panel having passed the upper shell remover with a cover and rotating the same at an angle of 180° downward; and a second vibrator for vibrating the oyster accommodation panel in an up-down or left-right direction, isolating oysters attached to the lower shell from the lower shell and dropping the oysters to the cover to complete removal of oyster shells. |
