The present invention relates to a voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) recording method, a VoIP recording device, and a VoIP recording program and, more particularly, to a VoIP recording method, a VoIP recording device, and a VoIP recording program, which can record a call by extracting a voice data packet in a mobile VoIP communication environment in real time and storing the voice data packet as a voice data file, and remove a packet which becomes a menace to the security by performing an inspection of a data packet which is transmitted and received between a mobile terminal and a gateway device, thereby being robust in terms of security.
