The present invention relates to a vulcanizer component which presses and grips a brother ear unit. When a brother is damaged, the lightweight vulcanizer component for manufacturing tires enables easy replacement and shows excellent storage life regardless of the pressure and heat generated in a vulcanizing process. The vulcanizer component is made of an A6061-T6 material and maintains the same strength as a conventional technology to have the excellent storage life and reduce the labor cost in the disassembly process through reducing the weight while ensuring safety. The vulcanizer component has nut grooves or insert grooves inserted with an insert member to couple an upper clamp ring, a lower clamp ring, a mold ring, and a bead ring like bolts and nuts. |
