<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform activation by a general control method in an inexpensive circuit configuration, and to achieve appropriate recovery operation when an error occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A motor drive unit includes control means for switching first driving means and second driving means so as to drive a motor by the first driving means and then drive the motor by the second driving means when starting the drive of the motor. The first driving means drives the motor at a drive frequency lower than a prescribed drive frequency when determination means determines that output from a detector is out of a prescribed range while open loop control is executed at the prescribed drive frequency. The second driving means drives the motor at acceleration lower than prescribed acceleration when the determination means determines that the output from the detector is out of the prescribed range while feedback control is executed at the prescribed acceleration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
