<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent winding deviation when a continuous sheet is wound off from a web roll. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a tissue paper product has the steps of: rotating the web roll formed by winding a continuous sheet, to which a chemical is applied, around a tube shaft by a driving belt abutting on the outer peripheral surface thereof; winding off the continuous sheet from the web roll by the rotation; and supplying the continuous sheet to a folding mechanism part of a multi-stand type inter folder; wherein the speed of the driving belt is detected, the speed of rotation of the tube shaft is adjusted according to the speed of the driving belt, and winding off of a secondary continuous sheet is performed while angular velocities of an outer peripheral surface of a secondary web roll and a tube shaft side inner peripheral surface are synchronized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
