<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing hydraulic powder comprising a hydraulic compound excellent in grinding efficiency, wherein the hydraulic powder such as a cement can be obtained in which compression strength at curing of a hydraulic composition thus obtained is improved. <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic powder is produced through a step of pulverizing the hydraulic compound in the presence of N-methyl diethanolamine and a 3-8C polyol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
