The present invention relates to a manual adjustment device for a damper, which allows the manual rotation adjustment of a ventilation adjustment piece of a damper at a distance from a point where the damper is installed, thereby allowing the manual adjustment of a ventilation rate via the damper; allows the efficient adjustment of cooling and warming air by allowing the installation of the damper at the inlet of a branch pipe connected to a duct; and is improved not to degrade interior decoration. Therefore, in the manual adjustment device (20) for rotating the ventilation adjustment piece having a shaft (12) supported by dampers (10, 10′), the manual adjustment device of the present invention includes: a worm wheel (23) which is connected to the shaft (12) in a length direction and is rotated by being fixed to a wheel shaft (22) installed in a case (12) as being rotatable; a worm (24) which is interlocked with the worm wheel (23) to rotate the worm wheel (23); and a flexible wire (25) for rotating the worm (24) by being fixed to one side end of the worm (24). In order to forcibly rotate the flexible wire (25), a wire end part (51) of the flexible wire (25) is located in an adjustment hole (35) penetrating an installation member (1) and is exposed to the outside, or an adjustment part (30) for exposing the wire end part (251) to the outside is comprised on an upper part of the adjustment hole (25). |
