The present invention provides an LED lamp, which obtains a very efficient heat dissipation effect without having a separate heat radiation fin by externally emitting heat generated from an LED by natural convection when the LED emits light. The LED lamp comprises: a cylindrical housing having an LED mounting boss formed on the inside of a lower portion of a central portion thereof, a screw portion formed on the inner circumferential surface of a front end portion thereof and a heat dissipation hole formed in the edge of a rear portion thereof and communicating with the inside thereof; an LED chip turned on by receiving current while being electrically connected to a front end surface of the LED mounting boss on the housing; a reflector reflecting the light emitted from the LED chip in the whole directions while being fitted and coupled to the edge of the front end surface of the LED mounting boss on the housing; a light transmitting plate externally transmitting and irradiating the light reflected by the reflector while being fitted and coupled to a front portion of the housing corresponding to the front of the reflector; and a fixing ring fastened to the screw portion formed on the inner circumferential surface of the front end portion of the housing while holding the light transmitting plate. A plurality of fastening screw portions are formed around the outer circumferential surface of a rear portion of the fixing ring at regular intervals, and an air inlet groove communicating with the inside of the housing is formed in a space between the fastening screw portions. |
