According to the lighting control circuit for stable operation at low current and the lighting control system for test equipment using the same, in order to overcome the problem that a conventional lighting control circuit has difficulty in accurately controlling lighting since microcurrent flows due to the offset of an OP amplifier even when the value of input voltage is 0 V and thus light emitting elements such as LEDs emit light even when the value of the input voltage applied to the light emitting elements is 0 V, the microcurrent due to the offset of the OP amplifier is removed by a negative offset circuit to enable more accurate control, and current flowing through each light emitting element is fed back to rapidly and easily detect an abnormal portion when an abnormality occurs in the light emitting element.
