<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for continuously mixing powder with liquid capable of achieving miniaturization of the entire device by reducing a volume of a stirring/mixing chamber, always smoothly performing uniform mixing of liquid and powder to be continuously supplied, sufficiently enhancing the yield ratio as a mixed product, and expanding the versatility to the powder and liquid to be treated and obtained products, by allowing mixing of small amounts of powder and liquid as well as by enhancing mixing efficiency of the fluids. <P>SOLUTION: A conical dispersing/spreading cone 26 is provided on an upper surface of a rotary stirring mixing disk 12, and a liquid injection nozzle 28 is arranged at a top part of the conical dispersing/spreading cone on a powder supply port 22 side. The rotary stirring mixing disk is provided with a plurality of upper surface scraping blades 30 and a plurality of stirring blades 32 separated at a predetermined angle in the circumferential direction. A plurality of scraping blades 34 and a plurality of scraping-out blades 36 are provided corresponding to the stirring blades and the upper surface scraping blades. An adjustment bottom plate 38 for adjusting a position of a bottom surface is arranged on a bottom plate of a mixing chamber 14 below the rotary stirring mixing disk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
