The present invention relates to a laminated core and a manufacturing method thereof. The laminated core comprises a plurality of unit sheets laminated on each other. The unit sheets each comprises a metal plate and an insulation layer formed on the upper or the lower surface of the metal plate. The insulation layer comprises silica (SiO_2) particles and magnesium oxide (MgO) particles.
