The present invention relates to an apparatus for power supply in an offshore plant, where a double fuel oil electric power generator can work in a gas mode even when there is a rapid change in the power consumption of drilling equipment and a thruster motor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus, in an apparatus for power supply in an offshore plant, comprises: a double fuel oil electric power generator which uses gas as the fuel in the gas mode and uses oil as the fuel in the oil mode; an AC/DC converter for converting the alternating current produced in the power generator into a direct current to supply the direct current to a DC bus; a power load connected to the DC bus; and, a power storage unit connected to the DC bus to supply power to the power load when the increase quantity per unit time of the power consumption of the power load is a first threshold value or higher.
