The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a unit for blocking and insulating sound at a high temperature; including a step of providing blocking and damping materials; and a step of standardizing the blocking and damping materials with a geometric shape such as a sphere shape or an elliptical shape in a standardization process such as foaming or forming the blocking and damping materials in a ball shape.
