Provided is a method for producing an improved immobilized-enzyme for the production of the immobilized-enzyme which can be easily isolated from a mixed reactant and has the nanoscale particle size. According to the method for producing the immobilized-enzyme provided in the present invention, the enzyme can be easily collected and reused after the immobilization of enzymes on a ferric oxide (Fe_3O_4)-graphene oxide structure which is a magnetic substance. The reactivity, pH, and a temperature can be easily regulated since stability of the bioenzyme immobilized on the ferric oxide (Fe_3O_4)-graphene oxide structure increases. Thus, the structure of the present invention can be widely used in industries associated with food and drugs. |
