The invention concerns a self-ventilating insole with silencer that includes two chambers, a front (2) and another, rear (3) chamber in direct communication with one another via a non-return valve (5), through which air flows in one direction from the front chamber (2) to the rear chamber (3), both chambers being filled with a spongy material (4-4') that allows the circulation of the air and, in the rear chamber (3), forms a silencer system upon expulsion of the air, the latter being achieved by means of holes (6) provided in said rear chamber (3). The front chamber (2) includes an aperture with a structure (7) that allows the ingress of air when the foot is raised and prevents the exit of air such that the air absorbed from inside the footwear passes through the non-return valve (5) to the rear chamber (3) surrounding the rubber component (13), the air being expelled via the outlets (6). |
