PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque limiter which does not generate cogging noise (rattling sound) and is high in reliability.SOLUTION: The torque limiter (10) includes a first rotating body (11) having a cylindrical external periphery, and a second rotating body (13) which has a cylindrical internal periphery opposing the cylindrical external periphery and is relatively rotatably arranged on the same axis as that of the first rotating body. A cylindrical permanent magnet (12) is arranged at the cylindrical external periphery, and a hysteresis material (14) is arranged at the cylindrical internal periphery. The torque limiter has at least one or more slide parts between the first rotating body and the second rotating body, and at least one slide part is conical. |
