PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic pollutant analysis method which simplifies preprocessing of preparing a sample of organic pollutants from a contaminated material and is capable of identifying and quantifying a plurality of organic pollutants at a time by using the sample.SOLUTION: The organic pollutant analysis method includes: a preprocessing step of first collecting a polar organic pollutant group in organic contaminants from a contaminated material contaminated by the organic contaminants and next collecting a nonpolar organic pollutant group and preparing a sample L for liquid chromatograph and a sample G for gas chromatograph from the polar organic pollutant group and the nonpolar organic pollutant group respectively; and an analysis step of preparing measurement samples H and M from the samples G and L respectively and supplying the measurement samples to a gas chromatograph mass spectrometer and a liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer in which a database system for simultaneous identification and quantification of organic pollutants is mounted, to identify and quantify the nonpolar organic pollutant group and the polar organic pollutant group and combining obtained identification results and quantification results to obtain chemical compositions and composition proportions of the organic pollutants. |
