The present invention relates to a plastic substrate, a manufacturing method of a plastic substrate, an organic electronic device, and a light source and a lighting device for a display device. The plastic substrate of the present invention has an excellent light extraction performance and surface roughness characteristics. Also, the manufacturing method of a plastic substrate in the present invention can manufacture the plastic substrate through a process of adding a scattering component. Further, the plastic substrate of the present invention can be used as a substrate for an organic electronic device, and the organic electronic device can be used as a light source and a lighting device for a display device. The plastic substrate may comprise a polymer binder, and a scattering component constituting 0.05 to 3.75 wt% of the polymer binder while having a support layer with a width of 10 to 130 μm and haze of 5 to 80%. |
