The method for treating poultry according to the present invention includes: (a) a step for individually separating carried poultry and transferring the same to a first transfer line; (b) a step for butchering the poultry transferred by the transfer line; (c) a step for eviscerating the poultry; (d) a step for cooling the eviscerated poultry; and (e) a step for carrying out the poultry. Also, the poultry treatment system of the present invention comprises: a carry-in part for individually carrying in poultry; a butchering part for butchering the poultry; an evisceration part for eviscerating the butchered poultry by the butchering part; a cooling part for cooling the eviscerated poultry; a carry-out part for carrying out the cooled poultry; and a first transfer line for transferring the poultry which is individually separated at the carry-in part along the butchering part, evisceration part, cooling part, and carry-out part. According to the present invention, the waste rate of poultry can be minimized, while product rate can be increased. |
