Provided are gas-filled cushion materials such as a gas filler which can be kept by simply discharging the gas from a bag unit, and can be conveniently reused by filling them with gas when you want to reuse the materials. By forming a heat brazing unit (19) in the widthwise direction in a gas cell row (6) with an interval, multiple gas cells (7) are installed in the gas cell row (6) in a longitudinal direction of the gas cell row (6). The multiple gas cells (7) in the gas cell row (6) are connected by placing a connecting passage (7a). On the end unit of the opposite side of a non-return valve for injection (5) of each gas cell row (6), an exhaust valve unit (11) is formed to discharge from the gas cell row (6). On the exhaust valve unit (11), a narrowed exhaust passage (12) is formed. When filling the bag unit (4) with gas, the exhaust valve unit (11) is bent to close the exhaust passage (12), and when the exhaust valve unit (11) is bent, a first surface fastener (13) and a second surface fastener (14) formed respectively on the surface and the rear surface of the exhaust valve unit (11) are fastened to maintain the closed status of the exhaust passage (12).
