The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a material for a needle valve having an unground high-strength duplex stainless steel surface, which realizes a method for continuously heating and forming a material from a high-frequency induction heating process to a shape rolling process in line to form duplex stainless steel for a needle valve having 150,000 psi, and additionally provides a method for forming a steel bar having a length of 1 m, a height of 25 mm, and a width of 50 mm through a shape drawing process. The method to manufacture a material for a needle valve having an unground high-strength duplex stainless steel surface comprises an induction heating process, a rolling process, and a drawing process. |
