The present invention relates to a method for preparing ginseng berry tea using steamed and dried ginseng berry, and more specifically, to a method for preparing ginseng berry tea which comprises the steps of: steaming and drying washed ginseng berry; and puffing the dried ginseng berry. The present invention enables ginseng growers to acquire ginseng processed products containing high content of ginsenoid using the ginseng berry conventionally having been wasted. In addition, the present invention enables a user to conveniently brew and drink effective ingredients such a ginsenoid ingredient or the like at anytime and anyplace like green tea or red tea. |
