Provided by the present invention is a method to construct an underground water storage tank which is convenient and can be constructed at low cost in a place where water is stored under the ground like a playground, a sports facility, or a retarding reservoir and other convenience facilities such as a sports facility, a park, or a playground are utilized on the ground. The present invention is able to: remarkably save construction costs, a construction period, and maintenance costs by storing water using pipes whereas general methods require a lot of construction costs, a long construction period, and a lot of maintenance costs by constructing a huge reinforced concrete structure under the ground; and remarkably save safety inspection costs by a safe and simple structure. For the above, the present invention installs the underground water storage tank using pipes under a playground or a road to store flowing water during a rainy period in summer. |
