The present invention relates to a pipe polishing device having excellent abrasive properties. The pipe polishing device of the present invention comprises: one or more polishing units including one or more polishing stones which polish a surface of a pipe by coming in contact with the outer circumference of the pipe; a rotary frame which fixes the position of the polishing unit by being combined to the polishing unit; a first rotary unit which enables the polishing stone of the polishing unit to revolve around the outer circumference of the pipe by rotating the rotary frame; a second rotary unit for rotating the polishing stone of the polishing unit; a fixing frame for fixing the position of the first rotary unit by being combined to the first rotary unit; and a control box for controlling the first rotary unit. The pipe polishing device can expect excellent abrasive properties by being able to polish the surface of the pipe uniformly with the structure where the polishing stone polishes the outer circumference of the pipe by revolution and rotation. Moreover, the rotation of the pipe for surface polishing of the pipe is not required, so the pipe polishing device can perform a polishing process by receiving the pipe experiencing a conventional pipe straightness and concentricity adjustment device. Therefore, the pipe polishing device of the present invention has the effect of being able to reduce time required in the polishing process as compared to the prior pipe polishing device. In addition, by the structure that the pipe polishing device is driven by one driving motor, the structure of the device is very simple and it is very easy to operate and maintain the device. |
