A correction paper tape dispenser according to an embodiment of the present invention, having a cutting unit for clearly cutting paper tape, which comprises: a case which arranges a space for a first shaft and a second shaft therein; a supply gear and a recovery gear which are inserted around the first shaft and the second shaft respectively and are engaged with each other to rotate; a correction paper tape roll which the correction paper tape and a synthetic resin attached to the correction paper tape are wound around, and dispenses the correction paper tape with the attached synthetic resin out of the case while rotating with the supply gear; a separation unit which separates the paper tape from the synthetic resin; a synthetic resin roll which rotates with the recovery gear for winding the separated synthetic resin; and a pressing roller which applies pressure to attach the paper tape to a portion to be corrected.
