<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weld defect detection system with which a welded product not including a part deteriorated in mechanical properties in a weld zone can be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The weld defect detection system includes: a spark deciding step of imaging the emission state of the object with a spark sensor 12, and deciding a spark from the picked-up image, with a weld zone upon a welding operation as an object; a brightness monitoring step of capturing brightness of the object as an image signal by a DS sensor, and performing monitoring; and a defect deciding step of deciding a weld defect on the basis of the deciding result in the spark deciding step and the monitoring result in the brightness monitoring step, and these steps are executed using a computer (for example, a PC). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
