<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a musical sound control device which utilizes all regions of the operation area of an input device effectively, and a musical sound control program. <P>SOLUTION: First operation regions 42, 43, 44 and second operation regions 45, 46, 47 are provided in the operation area of a lever of a joy stick. A first parameter and a second parameter are allocated to the first operation regions 42, 43, 44 and the second operation regions 45, 46, 47, respectively. First setting means sets a value of the first parameter according to the operation to the first operation regions 42, 43, 44 of a specified position by the lever. Second setting means sets a value of the second parameter according to the operation to the second operation regions 45, 46, 47 of the specified position.
