The present invention is a brazing sheet for flux-free brazing, which is composed of a core material, a brazing material that is disposed on at least one surface of the core material, and a thin skin material that is disposed on the brazing material. This brazing sheet for flux-free brazing is characterized in that: the core material is formed of an aluminum alloy that has a higher melting point than the brazing material; the brazing material is formed of an Al-Si-Mg system alloy and has a thickness of 25-250 µm; the thin skin material is formed of an aluminum alloy that has a higher melting initiation temperature than the brazing material and contains substantially no Mg, and has a thickness of 5-30 µm; and the content of oxides present at the interface between the brazing material and the thin skin material is 0.1 ppm or less in terms of a weight ratio based on the whole cladding material. The present invention provides a brazing sheet for flux-free brazing, which has a thin skin material, with uniform brazability, and enables stable bonding. |
