According to an embodiment of the present invention, an organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate; a first insulation layer disposed over the substrate; a passivation layer disposed over the first insulation layer; a second insulation layer formed over the passivation layer; an anode electrode and an auxiliary electrode disposed over the second insulation layer; a bank layer disposed over the anode electrode and the auxiliary electrode; an organic light emitting layer disposed over the anode electrode and the bank layer; a cathode electrode disposed over the organic light emitting layer; and a rear surface contact hole provided on the passivation layer to connect a rear surface of the auxiliary electrode and the cathode electrode, wherein the auxiliary electrode and the cathode electrode are connected by the rear surface contact hole. |
