According to the present invention, a plurality of webs having different fiber orientation degrees are stacked to produce a polyester stack (felt); the stack is impregnated in a solution containing magnesium hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide and sodium silicate; and the surface of the stack is coated with a ultrahigh temperature cool aqueous ceramic coating composition or a flame retardant aqueous coating by mixing 85 to 115 parts by weight of a mixture of chromite, SiC, and SiO_2-Al_2O_3 in a weight ratio of 1:1:1, and 145 to 330 parts by weight of water with respect to 100 parts by weight of a mixture of 35 to 45 wt% of white TiO_2, 25 to 30 wt% of white antimony dichromate and 25 to 40 wt% of white antimony trioxide. In order to impart a wave pattern or a pattern such as timber annual ring to the surface of a sound-absorbing felt coated with the ultrahigh temperature cool aqueous ceramic coating composition or the flame retardant aqueous coating, a printing pattern can be formed by using a printing method such as gravure printing, hot press compression printing, transfer printing or rotary printing, or a pattern can be formed by an embossing method. The present invention relates to a limited-combustible sound-absorbing material for interior decorative application which has various colors by adding a color dye such as red, green or blue during the printing or embossing. |
