PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding body for a ground shorting tool which enables easy attachment/detachment to/from an overhead wire, reduces loads to arms of a worker, and significantly shortens the work time.SOLUTION: A holding body for a ground shorting tool (a wiring side holding body 1) includes: a shorting metal fitting 2 including a hook part 21 which hooks on an overhead wire at an upper end part and formed by a conductor with which a shorting wire 102 connected with a ground wire is connected; a held part 3 including a pair of holding pieces (a fixed piece 31, a movable piece 32); an operation lever 4 rotatably supported by the shorting metal fitting; and a jaw 5 which varies a distance between itself and the hook part by rotation of the operation lever. The holding body for the ground shorting tool is provided with means which holds the held part with a holding tool and separates the jaw from the hook part, and the attachment/detachment work of the wiring side holding body to/from the overhead wire is carried out only by conducting an operation for holding the held part and an operation for rotating the operation lever. |
