PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery having basic properties as a battery, a high capacity, and excellent charge and discharge cycle characteristics.SOLUTION: A cross-linked polymer electrolyte is obtained by suitably selecting a polyether copolymer obtained by polymerization of specific binary or ternary monomers, a photoreaction initiator and an electrolyte salt compound, preliminary mixing a polyether copolymer in an electrode, covering main surfaces of a negative electrode material and a positive electrode material with a composition for a polymer solid electrolyte principally consisting of the polyether copolymer, the photoreaction initiator and the electrolyte salt compound, and then crosslinking the composition. The cross-linked polymer electrolyte is employed for a secondary battery. |
